Tico Tech, Inc. is a company that designs, develops and brings to market products that distinguish themselves in form, function and quality.

Our artistic talents are realized in custom leaded art glass, more commonly referred to as stained glass. Tico Tech, Inc. is an ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) Industry Partner. We are skilled at the repair and restoration of windows which are broken or aged.

In addition, we offer custom mirror and frameless glass showers.

Currently, we have two patents – one in plastics and one in energy  – with third in the provisional patent stage.  We constantly seek new avenues for product development and always have something new on the drawing board.

By exploring new products and solutions, we encourage and reward risk and keep an open mind at all times to improvements and inspirations from the public.

About Our Name

Tico Tech equates to innovation.  The term “Tico” is the familiar way to refer to someone from Costa Rica.  “Tech” is short for technology.  One of the company’s founders is Costa Rican.  The term “Tico Tech” was commonly used in the household to suggest that some form of ingenuity was required to solve or fix a problem at hand.  As a result, the company adopted this name in recognition of the spirit of creativity.

Tico Tech is proud to be a company of action and advancement.  We are not interested in copying what “the other guy” is doing.  We would rather blaze new trails or find new answers to questions and problems placed in front of us.
